Go Deeper Retreat + Yoga Teacher Deep Dive

Join Michelle Dalbec and Liza Bertini, Co-Founders of the Thread Yoga Collective for a weekend to dive into the inquiry of yoga and life.

Thursday into Friday will be a yoga teacher deep dive immersion. This will be a time for you to define and refine your teaching vision and goals and learn from and with each other. At night we will gather by the fire of transformation and set intentions for the future. On Friday afternoon we will be joined by others to go deeper into personal practice. At the turn of the season, a time that represents the transition from outward to inward, it is a perfect time to pause, reflect, and nurture ourselves.
